Young Investigator Sessions

Abstracts submitted by presenting authors who are age 35 or younger (born on or after 01 January 1979) may be considered for the Young Investigators Sessions. Selected presenters will be invited to give a platform presentation followed by discussion.  If you wish to be considered for this session, please click the appropriate checkbox during the online abstract submission process.  You will be required to upload an image or picture (PDF, JPG, GIF) documenting your date of birth as proof of eligibility (e.g. driver’s license or passport, etc.).

Abstracts without proof of date of birth submitted by the abstract deadline on 28 April 2014, 23:59 CST will not be considered for presentation during the Young Investigator Sessions.

Travel Grants

A limited number of 2014 Joint ACTRIMS-ECTRIMS Meeting Travel Grants will be made available to Young Investigators age 35 or younger (born on or after 01 January 1979) whose abstracts are accepted for platform or poster presentation.  If you wish to be considered for a travel grant, please click the appropriate checkbox during the online abstract submission process.  You will be required to upload an image or picture (PDF, JPG, GIF) documenting that your date of birth as proof of eligibility (e.g. driver’s license or passport, etc.).

Applications for Travel Grants without proof of date of birth submitted by the abstract deadline on 28 April 2014, 23:59 CST will not be considered.

Recipients of Travel Grants will be notified in July 2014, after notification of abstract acceptance.  Those who are awarded a Travel Grant will receive $500 USD and free registration to the Meeting.

Applications for Travel Grants will not be accepted for authors of Late Breaking News abstracts.
